Meghalaya is the home of Garo, Khasi, and Jaintia tribes. All clans have a special recipe along with their standard cooking style. Jadoh is the most popular dish in Meghalaya. Doh Neiiong, Ki Kpu, Dohkhlieh, Tung-rymbai, and bamboo shoots pickled are some of the most well known Khasi delicacies that shouldn’t be missed during North East India trip.

Nagaland

Naga dishes consist of a special blend of flavor and taste. Conventional dishes of various clans of Nagaland are unmatched and they have no likeness with the customary cousins of different states.
